Hello! My name is Haley Byers and I am so excited to begin another wonderful school year! Tallahassee has always been home to me, and I feel incredibly fortunate to teach and raise my family in the community where I grew up. My husband and I have three children, Owen, Henry, Annabelle who also attend KLES, so our school community truly feels like an extension of our family. When I’m not in the classroom or shuttling my kids to and from practices, you can usually find me reading, baking, playing with the kids, or planning our next adventure! I love to travel, explore new places, and find new adventures with my family.
I believe third grade is such a special year filled with growing independence, new challenges, exciting discoveries, and plenty of fun along the way! My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn. I want everyone to feel comfortable taking chances, asking questions, celebrating their progress, and being proud of how much they grow throughout the year. I’m looking forward to partnering with our families and making this an exciting year full of learning, growth, laughter, fun, and wonderful memories!
