Killearn Lakes Elementary

Hello!

My name is Taylor Metzger, and I came to Killearn Lakes in 2024. I am so excited to be teaching 3^rd-5^th grade resource, while having a couple of awesome kiddos in my room full-time. I have a passion for teaching and love to bring my creative style into all of my lesson plans and class activities.

I grew up in Fort Myers, FL and have been in Tallahassee going on 5 years now. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Special Education. In my spare time, I love to be outdoors and play sports. I am always up for a good iced coffee too! I am so excited to be a part of the KLES family, and I am looking forward to a great school year.
